Full name, contact details, passport & NID information, academic and employment records, financial documents required by the embassy, and payment records.
Solely to assess, prepare and file your visa application, and to keep you informed of its progress. We do not sell or rent your data.
Only the relevant embassy, VFS/BLS partner, sponsoring employer or educational institution — and only with your written consent for each submission.
Physical files are stored in locked cabinets. Digital files are encrypted at rest and in transit. Only the case manager assigned to your file can access it.
You can request a copy, correction or deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@internationalvisaagency.com.
