These terms govern the services provided by International Visa Agency (“we”) to our clients (“you”). By signing our service agreement you accept these terms.
We prepare, review and file visa applications on your behalf. We do not guarantee visa approval — that decision lies solely with the granting embassy or immigration authority.
Our service fees are separate from government and embassy fees. Government fees are paid directly to the embassy and are non-refundable regardless of outcome.
If we determine your application cannot be filed, we refund 100% of the service fee. If a filed application is refused, we offer one free rebuild and refiling; further refiling is charged at 50%.
You are responsible for the truthfulness of documents you provide. Misrepresentation voids our service agreement and any refund entitlement.
Any dispute is governed by the laws of Bangladesh and resolved in Dhaka courts.
